Code WL for lodging
Claim code WL if you arrive at the hotel and have to wait more than 30 minutes for a room. We have to give the BNSF and the hotel a 30-minute grace period after the time you arrive at the hotel. Your tie up time must stay the same, but your rest time must be changed. You may do this two-ways. 1, you may fill out an activity report, and it will give you a rest time corresponding with the time you received your room. 2, you may call admin and ask them to change your rest time.
Code WT for transportation
This works the same as waiting for lodging. You must give the BNSF a 30-minute grace period after you tie-up. If after 30 minutes, you have not been provided transportation to the hotel, you are due a claim. Claim the time from the end of the 30-minute grace period to the time the transportation arrives.
